Session Time: Thursdays 9.30am
10 week sessions (during term time only) starting in the months of January, April and September.
Holiday sessions available over Easter and Summer.
Age group: Stage1 : 6 months to 14 months
Stage 2 : 15 months to 2 years
Key activities: It's an easy way to communicate with babies before speech happens and helps ease frustration, for example being able to ask for milk. We have weekly themes with nursery rhymes, action songs along with learning phonics counting and playing instruments. Compatible with Makaton and British Sign Language.
Maximum numbers/ waiting list: Class sizes are limited to 12 babies with their parent/carer. Twins or triplets are welcome and only pay for one place. However, if you are bringing a friend's child, you will need to pay for two places. Childminders also need to pay for each child.

Developed with the help of speech and language profesionals, this is a really exciting baby sign language programme for little ones! Merging the benefits of both music and signs, babies are stimulated and encouraged in their communication and carers have the opportunity to befriend others and unwind.
Topics we cover in Stage1 : Basic Signs (milk, more, finished etc), Going Out, Bath Time, Nappy Change, Emotions, Help Me, Bedtime, People, Animals & Vehicles.
Topics we cover in Stage2 : Choices, Colours, Weather, Opposites, Love & Manners, potty Training, The Phonic Alphabet, Speech Sounds & Numbers.
