Session days and times: Mondays 5.30 pm AND 7.00
Age group: All age groups – children can come free between the age of 11 & 16 with a paying member

Costs: Memberships charges change throughout the year with special offers etc. Currently, it is £5.00 membership + £4.50 for the group and then £4.50 per week thereafter. Senior citizens and students attend at a reduced rate of £4.25 per week. Our Countdown course is on special offer, where members can pay up front for the group. If you pay for 5 weeks you will receive 6 and if you pay for 10 weeks you get 12 weeks.

Current news & events
This year its our Ruby year – 40 years ago Slimming World started with one group in the Derbyshire area, today we have over 6,000 groups.
We are running extra competitions to celebrate 40 amazing years throughout the year other than our regular yearly competitions i.e. Mr & Mrs. Greatest Loser, Miss Slinky, Man of the Year and of course our Woman of the Year which is announced at the Awards Ceremony in Birmingham on Saturday 7th November.
