Staff: A very good social team

Key activities: Weight loss - weekly group for help and support and most of all FREE FOOD. We have a new membership pack too.

Age group: All age groups – children between the ages of 11 & 16 are allowed to attend FREE along with a paying member.

Venue: Glasshoughton Centre

Price: Memberships changes throughout the year with special offers - currently until the end of January it is half price membership therefore your first group would be £9.95 and the weekly fee thereafter would be £4.95.

I have been a Consultant for 10 years and loved every minute it is amazing to see the transformation in members who have lost weight, how their attitude to life changes so much.
Unlimited amounts of food without weighing and measuring. We celebrated our 40th anniversary last year, helping so many people to loose weight
